About

I Love Praag / I Love Krakow leads open-air museum–style walks in Prague, Krakow, Brno, Cesky Krumlov and Bratislava. We are a young Dutch, English, and German tour operator working in the Czech and Slovak capitals and the Polish city of Krakow. Our company began because we love these European capitals and wanted a different approach to guiding. Built as a club of the most experienced local guides, many team members bring more than ten years of guiding experience and have previously worked for the largest tour operators in each city. They joined I Love Praag seeking a fresh, interesting challenge.

Why was I Love Praag / I Love Krakow started?

The company was founded out of a love for these European capitals and a desire to offer a fresh take on city guiding. founders and guides wanted to create more interesting, open-air museum–style walks.

De gids Alaa deed een aantal stops aan die we anders niet hadden tegengekomen. Zijn uitleg was kort. Door er zelf naar te vragen wisten we dat hij niet afkomstig was van Praag maar er wel woont. Er was weinig interactie met de groep. Voor de toer start even elkaar voorstellen is altijd leuk zodat je dan weet waar iedereen vandaan komt

We hebben einde van de middag met huig een tour gedaan. Hij heeft alles goed verteld en veel achtergrond informatie gegeven. We zijn bij veel bezienswaardigheden geweest (bijv. De Charles brug, de kerstmarktjes, universiteit, de klok, de markt van de beste typische koekjes en nog meer). We konden alles vragen en hij had overal antwoord op. Echt een aanrader!

Onze gids Julka was zeer goed op de hoogte van de geschiedenis van Praag, werd ook met veel enthousiasme overgebracht. We waren een kleine groep dus alles verliep zeer vlot! Een aanrader!
